Investors may purchase shares of a Portfolio from the Funds’ transfer agent or from other
selected securities brokers or dealers such as Charles Schwab OneSource®
or FidelityFundsNetwork®, or intermediaries that have an agreement
with the Funds or the Advisor. Schwab and Fidelity's initial minimum investments are $2,500.
U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin acts as transfer and shareholder service
agent for the Portfolios. An investor may purchase shares by sending a check payable to Rainier
